We do three things, in order, for every client: design, develop, deploy. What changes is where your business is when we meet. Some people need their first website. Some have outgrown the one they have. Some are growing faster than their systems can keep up with. The work is the same three steps. The scale is different.

Starting
For a new business, a very small one, or anyone who needs to exist online properly without taking on a project. You get on a call with us, tell us what you do, and pick a design style from a set we have already built and made good. We put your words and photos into it, you review it live on the page and leave comments where you want changes, and it goes out.
Price. A hundred dollars a month for the first twelve months, then fifty dollars a month. Hosting, updates, and content and media changes within 24 hours are included. There is nothing else to buy.
Building
For the business that has outgrown its first site. You have services people search for and towns you cover, and the current site does not say so clearly. We design around what you actually sell, write the pages, shoot or source the photography, connect the forms so a quote request reaches the right person, and set up tracking so you can see what is working. If you are moving from an older site, we map every old address so your search rankings come with you.
Price. Scoped after a conversation, because it depends on how many services, how many places, and how much of the writing and photography you want us to do. More on web design in Rochester.
Scaling
For the firm a few years in, with a few employees and enough clients that growth has become a systems problem. The website is fine. What is missing is everything behind it: leads that get logged and answered without anyone watching the inbox, follow-up that never forgets, a newsletter that actually goes out, books that reconcile themselves, and your own records put to work instead of sitting in a drawer.
We start by drawing how the business runs today. Then we build the systems one at a time, and stay on to run them.

After launch
Launch is where most web shops stop. It is where we start counting. Send us a new photo, a price change, a new service, or a staff change, and it is on the site within a day. Not a ticket. Not a quote. Done. More on website maintenance.

Our Starting plan is $100 a month for the first twelve months, then $50 a month, with hosting, updates, and content changes included. Custom sites and automation are scoped after a conversation, because they depend on how many services, locations, and systems are involved.
A Starting site is live within days of the first call. Custom sites take longer depending on the pages, writing, and photography involved, and you get the timeline in writing before we begin.
We meet clients in person around Rochester and Monroe County, and we work remotely with businesses anywhere with the same care.

Not necessarily. Most of the wins we build are ordinary automation: forms that reach the right person, follow-up that sends itself, reports that assemble themselves. We use AI where it earns its place, and we will tell you when it does not.
